General Query

I have purchased Windows Blinds many years ago and have been able to update it no problem with the activation key given to me, when there was an update last October I downloaded it within the "Impulse" download manager and re-activated it with the same key I've always had.  I now understand that there is an update to WindowsBlinds 7.4 and when I try to activate it with the Key I was supplied with, it tells me that the serial number is already registered to another account???

 

Now I might be a bit thick here (which isn't unusual) but do I need to purchase a new version of  WB7.4 or is there a problem with the activation key stopping me from updating to WB7.4?  Help please.

We've transitioned away from using Impulse/Gamestop Downloader to download Stardock software since the sale of Impulse to GameStop.

Thanks for the reply.  I'll uninstall "Impulse" (thanks for the heads up on that).  I've installed the Stardock Central, and I fully understand that it's in BETA, but when I've logged in to that to see if the update to WindowsBlinds 7.4 is there, it shows nothing.  It doesnt even show that I have activated WindowsBlinds 7.3.  Any further suggestions?

Try refreshing SDC when you have it up. that worked for me.
