Bug: Beta 0.80, Stars' effects not applied to ships

Just noticed that stars effects' aren't applied to ships, in this case a yellow star with Solar Radiation (the antimatter regenration boost every star has) and Solar Flares (improved shields regenration rate). The effects aren't shown in the infocard, and judging from antimatter regeneration rate they do not work either.

Actually, it seems the same applies to plasma storms, magnetic clouds, and starbases destabilization effects too. Not sure, but i'd bet it does for phase distruptor aswell.

 

Edit: i was wrong, phase disruptors do work.

At least I can confirm that the Plasma Storms failed. I just kill the AI's Titan in one Plasma Storm with 80 squadrons of bombers.

But I think it has already been fixed, you can check the sticky post, "BETA 2b Known Issues"
