Crash playing Tutorial Game

Reinstalled game, fixed display by setting game to desktop, any other selection brings game up as windowed ATI Radion 5830 Driver Version 10.3.
Game crashed at attemp to fight elemental, tutorial movie played, when I got my monarch and the champion to within 2 spaces had a CDT. Couild not find
a error/crash log under game directory, event viewer did note the crash, information is listed below.
