Does this Support Dual-Core? and has online stability been fixed aka MD and DC?

Hello All, Hope everyone is still enjoying the wonderful game that is Sins!

Does this game support dual or quad core yet? and has online stability been fixed? e.g. no md, dc's or excessive slowness in mid-late game?

No it doesn't support multi-core, and never will.

Maybe in a sequel.

If you're reffering to SoaSE, well, it works on my Dual Core comp at home, and also on my 1 Core laptop at faculty campus :) So... if we're both talking 'bout processors here, then I've told ya what you might have wanted to hear :)

But it still will only use one core (or in my case use 50% of each core). He is asking if it will use multiple cores which it doesn't.

Technically sins takes advantage of two kinds of processors:

a CPU and a GPU.

The increase in graphics seen in Rebellion is primary handled better with a GPU as opposed to central processing.

Currently the devs  offload the load on-to the GPU so they only require 1 cpu core handling key functions of the iron Engine running the game.

I suppose one could go so far as calling it cheating since GPU's have become so godlike in paralleled processing power.

Tactic:

Keeping your CPU at very low temperatures and overclocking it will see an improvement in the games performance up to the point where speed is not necessary. This limit is unknown but beyond that limit means the devs could add cpu processed features to enhance the game.

Rumors say: 4.5ghz
