[0.90] Research screen at main menu

I was exiting a game when this screen popped up:

So I clicked open research, tech tree shows up with a mix of main menu and game in background. I click cancel, Verga shows up in the sov selection screen you get when creating a new game (!). I click cancel, the game exits.

Obviously your game have researched administration, so you should see less paperwork in the background, and much less stress during calculations!
