old version dected(on version 0.78)help please

I have the Beta of sins of a solar empire Rebelion on steam and today when I updated to version 0.78 i thried to login to ICO and it said "old version detected please ensure you have the lateest updates"Does anyone know if there is a fix or if it is a Ico promble. Thanks in advance for any Sugestions,

There was a recent hotfix making it 0.79. You will have to update again.

how do i update through steam because there is no option
