Background Transparency

Is there a way to make the tiles background transparent. I did not see it in the configure section. If not how do you create or modify an existing skin?

I found it. There is a tiles editor  under the object desktop folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Object Desktop\Tiles\TileSkinEdit.exe
