Woah woah woah what is going on?

Ok so I don't ever play advent and don't really know their old abilities so I especially don't know their new ones....so I'm playing a match and I hear hostile forces are inbound. Check and it's some TEC ships. Wait what? I look at the color. Blue. Check the diplomacy screen, the blue guy is Advent. I know I am colour blind but the name matches too. So how in hell did the Advent get TEC ships?

The Rapture ultimate is a single target mind control, if it was a loyalist if you flee his territory there is a percentage that he can take over your ships, the rebels can take over your ships with a small percentage if they kill them. Of course all of them with their respective upgrades.

The Advent Loyalist Titan has an ability that gives it a chance to capture enemy ships whenever it fires its weapons, and they also have a tech that gives them a chance to capture fleeing enemy ships. The Rebels also have a tech that gives them a chance to resurrect their defeated enemies to fight for them, but it doesn't work at the moment. And the ultimate ability on the Rapture battle cruiser has always had the ability to capture enemy frigates since the start of Sins.
