Converting entity files for rebellion

can someone  explain me how we can convert the entity files for rebellion to txt in order to mod it, i know there is a ConvertData exe but i don't know how to use it ^^

the easy way is to download and use my sins text-bin gui in my modding utilities thread, (you do have to copy the convertdatarebellion.exe to the folder where you extracted the utilities and work on a COPY of the files that is NOT in the program files tree),

BUT,

if that is to complex for you,
