[Bug] Advent "Victorious" Loop

This is a minor issue. Just finished a skirmish with Beta 2, Advent Rebels versus TEC Loyalist. Upon winning the battle, the We Are Victorious announcement kept looping over and over. I let it run for about 5 minutes and it continued until I quit the game.

I got the same thing just a few minutes ago playing as the Vasari Loyalists in the dev console.

Just chalked it up to messing with unreleased races + playing with dev .exe, but if you got it playing regular also then maybe it is just a general bug.

That's not a bug, it's just that you mopped the floor with your enemies and the game is acknowledging your prowess over and over
