Was playing around with the Dev.exe, and I noticed that, whether intentional or accidental, the new Advent Capital ship has a max level of 4 for it's 3 main abilities, and a max level of 2 for it's stronger ability.
Unrelated: My Rebellion Galaxy Forge asplodes when I launch it. Kinda sadface.
Everyone has been rushing to level their titans so I haven't really gotten to see what the developers have added to these lvl 4 abilities. Will be interesting for sure.
Hum. Didn't notice on the Progenitor, but I just checked and sure enough. So now the thread is just possibly in a wrong spot and wrongly titled about me being sadface my galaxy forge doesn't start.
Most of the abilities are only a bit more powerful than the level 3 abilities were, they just nerfed levels two and three to make them progress more evenly. I'm definitely going to be changing the ability scaling in my mods for Rebellion, I can't stand seeing 60.1 shield restored on the hud icon. 
lol that extra .1 is annoying isn't it! Don't nerf, buff! give it 65.

Dude isn't the advent capital fleet really good now? I mean the discordia just gave them everything they needed. Well...not everything. but its really good fleet support.
Same here...for a while I thought it was a bug...then I actually looked at the game files and found that most of the abilities are just weird like that...
Yeah, I'm sure if we wanted could find out the formula they used to scale the abilities to 4 levels. But at this point its probably better to just start from scratch.
I'm in love with the Discord. It's my new favourite Advent Capital.
It actually gives Advent a really viable early game strategy with a Progen and Discord combo.
Disrupts armor for one. And has decent attack power.
You know it actually kind of feels like a Vasari ship with it's armour debuffing and weapon jamming and in general how it's entire job is screwing with the enemy fleet.
For that purpose I propose that the voice be changed to a female Vasari Advent.
It can't be any worse than the current voice.
haha, definately gonna agree with that, the ship itself looks awesome, but the voice is terrible 
Well to be honest I don't mind the voice that much, a couple of the lines are grating, but other than that it's a nice change from the other Advent Capitals (who all have the same voice.) It's just fun to make jokes about.
I also find the idea of a Female Vasari Advent captain to be incredibly hilarious when I try to imagine it.
Higher pitched Vasari reverb voice with the Advent echo.
