A good way to tell is to go online onto ICO and play some multiplayer.
Go play some of the pros.
What you will need:
1. Tissue
2. Stop watch
The tissue is for the tears for your first 10-100 losses in a row.
The stop watch is to guage how long it will take for you to get steamrolled.
A higher time per game will indicate progress.
When you can last 1 hour against another player in multiplayer, you will be well on your way of achieving prescience, so you can predict exactly when the developers add the new content.
