Pardon the misdirect title...just thought this was really cool.  Number of probable planets in stable habitable zones in the Milky Way alone...tens of billions.

Interestingly, our best "earth candidate" discovery so far is in a trinary star system.  Go figure.

So a theory that earth has already been found by numerous extra terrestrial enteties and have been interacting with us throughout our entire history just went up a few notches. :)

And not the dampen the enthusiasm, but I hope those super Earths have lots of lead... ;)
