I am from the Netherlands and a fan of SOSE. Now i want to pre-order rebellion but i can't beacause i need a coupon code.
Is this coupon code for only die-hard fans ore the SOSE fanclub ore something? Ore can i also get one? And how?

There shouldn't be a coupon code required for purchasing. Where are you seeing the requirement?
You are right. There isn't a requirement. I read it wrong. Sorry. 
I have another question though. Is it true that you can only play with the TEC faction in rebellion beta? And will you're apponent also be only TEC then, ore another faction?
And wenn do you think the stable version comes out?

Right now the beta is limited to one faction, and the final release date has not been publicly set - only sometime this year.
