Problem with Multiplicity and SWTOR

This is my first post is these forums, so I apologize if I posted in the wrong place.

Last night, I bought Multiplicity and downloaded it.  I bought it to do some dual-boxing in Star Wars: The Old Republic.

Last night, it worked great.  My main PC is a desktop, and my secondary PC is a laptop, and I could move my mouse pointer from one machine to the other just fine.

Tonight, it only works if SWTOR is not the program in the foreground on my desktop.

More specifically: on my desktop, if there is any window on top of the game window, Multiplicity works fine.  I can move the mouse pointer to the laptop and control the game on my laptop, exactly the way it's supposed to work.  However, if the game window on my desktop is in the foreground, I can't move the mouse pointer to my laptop.  The mouse pointer won't go further than the edge of my monitor.

Any ideas?

Are you running SWTOR elevated?

If so Multiplicity will not allow switches while an elevated window has the focus unless Multiplicity itself has been started elevated too.

The other thing to check is if you have the option to not switch when a fullscreen application is running set.

I ran into this, too, and setting Multiplicity to run as admin worked for me.

Please forgive my ignorance, but I could use some clarification.

 1. If I get the "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" dialog box when I open a program, does that mean that program will be running in elevated mode?

 2. Is elevated mode the same thing as administrator mode?

Typically, yes.

Setting Multiplicity to run as administrator/elevated worked!  Thanks, guys!  :)
