Titans under-priced or overpowered and other issues

I liked the beta. However, I found that there are a few issues that should be addressed.

1. The titans are either under-priced or overpowered, at least when playing against the AI. Once I have the titan, AI offers to resistance and slowly retreats until defeated.

2. Titans and other ships should still attack when do not engage mode is enabled. I use this mode to make sure that my ships do not get too close to the star bases once they enter enemy gravity wells. I found that if this mode is turned on, then even when the titan is close to enemy structure, it does not attack until ordered directly or the mode is turned to engage.

3. AI is simply dumb. I play against unfair and it offers almost no resistance. Not sure how to improve on this issue. It might be worth looking into what has been done in Supreme Commander 2, where AI can be customized to have higher income, faster building speed etc.

Thanks!

the ai is not working right so u cant really test the titan against them and if u want a fight against the ai put them on cruel they fight a bit more than unfair

3. AI is simply dumb.

Sadly, if you want opponents that aren't dumb in a strategy game, you really need to play online multiplayer against human opponents.  Even in the earlier games (before Rebellion), the AI isn't real challenging once you know how to play.

People this is beta. I think the devs should concentrate on inserting psi and the advent before they start balancing these things. Anyways, that what patches after game launch is for.
