I Feel Cheated

Ok so I had to pay 20 bucks for Deskscapes, ok I'm fine with that but then I have to pay $10 a year to download WALLPAPER? I saw nothing when I paid for DeskScapes that said there was an additional fee for wallpapers, if there was I wouldn't have bought it. How do I get my money back?

Your Deskscapes purchase should allow you unlimited downloads from Wincustomize for a year.  If you are running into a download limit, log out of WinCustomize, clear your browser cookies, and log back into Wincustomize.  That should do it.  If it doesn't, have no fear, someone can get you going.

Now if you bought Deskscapes over a year ago, well that's another story.

Make sure your login matches the info with which you bought Deskscapes.

If this doesn't work, email [email protected] and we'll look into it further.

From what I see, you should have unlimited downloads until November.  Log off WinCustomize, clear your browsers cache and cookies, and login again.

Granted the subscription should be made a bit more clear.   I totally missed that it was a one year subscription to Wincustomize until I received the notification.   And then when you do browse the downloads, some of them have additional charges.   That wasn't clear either.   Granted $10 isn't a lot, but I like it to be clear what is included.

I was also a bit surprised that Object Dock wasn't included in the Object Desktop package.   Granted it wasn't in the details but given the name of the products they seem related.   I'd gladly trade my Start 8 for Object Dock.  I loath Windows 8 thus far.  ;-)
