my preorder got messed up becuse old card,
and my survey didn't give me code
Stardock hates me today 
send an email to [email protected] explaining what happened and i am sure they will help you. They don't hate you 
well I also had a messed-up pre-order for the EXACT same reason. So here I sit, impaiently waiting for the hamsters powering the keygen@ Stardock to generate my key
You will need to re-pre-order if you old card failed.
Stardock sales can't do anything with the old order; it's dead to us. :)
