Why it isn't an automated process? I hope you will charge the card immediately like the Steam for pre-purchases in future for your next games. This is really annoying to wait. It is 11:20 PM right here.

Just got my key... Downloading now... Order number was in the 21716XX range.
My order got canceled so I had to reorder cause they did not have valid credit card info...... weird.

You may want to contact one of the mods, Yarlen or Frogboy, or maybe sales if you still haven't gotten it. I just go mine, downloading now

If you're having ordering trouble, your best bet is actually to email [email protected]. They've got broader power in looking up strangeness than I.
but can you do anything about s l o w d o w n l o a d s in the glacier called steam (am getting only 50kbyte/sec on a 8 mbit conection (unlimited downloads so NO shaping)?

Preordered today and got my email just a few minutes ago. Downloading at max speed and everything seems to be in working order. I would like to take the opportunity to give thanks for a great service and information level, which makes it even that more joyful to invest in your products.
