What next after 1.4?

There have been strong hints that 1.4 is the last patch for E:wom. Check out this mod https://forums.elementalgame.com/412225 if you are looking for an updated version.

I have the latest version and the game is ok and very enjoyable.

I just wonder if after 1.4 version the game will be "abandon" and stardock only focus to the fallen enchantress, or except F.E somewhere in time there will be another update for the wom.

Anyway, if the 1.4 is the latest version, will go on.... Besides Fallenen Enchantes is comming...

There is no point throwing good code after a bad (in my opinion) game. FE is the focuspoint, as it should be. Its really shaping up to be a good game methinks

I've played beta 0.7, and it looks like FE will be a better game than WoM. I'm just hoping that dynasties will come back. But seeing that with simple code changing this can be brought back, I'll doubt that I'll play WoM again.

It's pretty much been stated 1.4 is it, and that FE is the focus.

FE Beta 1 was what I thought WOM 1.00 release was going to be in terms of quality, before touching the WOM beta.

Brad indicated that if FE is a huge success, he will allocate some funds to make WoM what he wanted it to be on release. But that will be a very long time from now.

You can update it with the FE engine and then fix the many problems.

Since no demo for EWOM I keep wondering if it's worth the trouble to get a cheap copy - nobody posting recent videos...  Like it's really dead.
