Emergence of the ER clan

So, the ER clan, which was once powerful and populous, and then disappeared, is now back and stronger than ever.  Are they the new challengers to the dominance of DT in the sins multiplayer theater?  Any thoughts?

So, who are all these ER people?  The only ones I remember offhand are ER-Dynasty and ER-ror.  Maybe they're stretching their legs for Rebellion.
