Why Cant i Play My Game I Paid For

So for some reason i cant transfer my games onto my faster computer. And i tried doing all the registration but my moms email we used to buy the game got destroyed because of issues with the company. So i cant use that email and thats the only way i can transfer my Sins games to my faster computer. I've tried registering the game under my email but it wont work may i please have some help?

Contact [email protected] You will need to have your email address reset to the new one...;)

That's usually a problem with Impulse.  They changed the login process from your alias to your email address.  You'll need to update the Impulse client and log in with the email address that you originally used.  The game should then be available for download.  

You can ask for help in the Impulse forums, but I found it quicker to PM an Impulse employee.  Be careful to note the difference between an employee and what they call a moderator there.  One will help and the other has a history of berating people.

You can also go to Stardock Support and change your email address.  https://www.stardock.com/support/

When you do so, you'll also need to change it with Impulse.  Again, PM an employee there.

This change was brought about after Stardock sold Impulse to Gamestop.

Ok cool. Well i sent an email i hope stardock can reset it to my new email with the registrations.

Just give them a little time to sort it out..... Office hours are US time [naturally]....Monday-Friday....;)
