Thumbnails & scrolling speed

Hello,

Having thumbnails of windows enabled considerably slows down scrolling speed in many applications, e.g. web browsers. It would be great if we could change the rate at which the thumbnails are updated. Having an option to disable the thumbnails on per-application basis would help too.

(Using Tiles v1.0)

Well, any comments on this? The implementation should be fairly trivial. Just do some conditional branching in tiles.hookfunc (and tiles64.hookfunc).
