Bought, but can't add new pages or other features

I bought tiles but I can't add new pages to it and it says they're disabled. When I got and try to update tiles through impulse, it says that my serial number is invalid, but I've copied and pasted it from the stardock store to impulse and it doesn't work. I have tried uninstalling and deleting file directories, but that hasn't worked. Any solutions?
Just keep those fingers crossed...
