[BUG] v.75 General Carrodus "Wealthy" trait says he starts with 150 gildar but he starts with 250

All players start with 150 gilder. The wealthy trait adds in 100 more at start for 250 total. The text for the trait is in error and should say 250.

Fixed the description to read "Sovereign starts with an additional 150 Gildar" and had it give 150 Gildar instead of 100. But it didn't get in in time for 0.76 so it will be in the following patch, thanks.
