Ordered or not ordered???

Hello.

I just recently went through the purchase process to buy WindowBlinds.  After I proceeded to the checkout and created my account and all that, and when I go to myproducts or something or other, It shows nothing.  Now if I look at my cart (upper right side of screen) it says I have 1 item in my cart. 

 

So did I or did I not purchase this item??  I don't want to do it again, and get charged twice for the same item!  Please help.  Thank You!

Unfortunately support are off for the weekend but will return tomorrow morning.

Please email [email protected] to start a trouble ticket and include the information used when you made the purchase.

When you receive a ticket number, please post it here in a comment for tech support to track.
