[Bug] Infection

Unless I'm doing something wrong this spel is not working

I've loaded up an enemy unit with a couple of debufs like Curse, Blind and slow and then cast infection on it to see if it spreads and then sat back a couple of rounds in the tactical combat but nothing happens
