[bug] Game Exit

This only happens some times, and i wasn't even gonna report it, but it just happened for a second time:

exit the game normally (i exit when any graphics probs show up because that means a crash is coming)

restart game, but game won't start, won't even try.  hmm, wonder why.

ctrl-alt-del, task manager, ok its not listed in applications.  Check processes, bam, there it is, still running.  No icon in the taskbar or system tray.  End process.  Now i can start it up again.

This has only happened twice.  Usually it exits fine.
