[bug] can't build on converted node

Luvin' the game btw:

found a possible bug:

after leaving my first town to quest/lvl/find-stuff, my water node had finished constructing its shrine and i decided to convert it to a death node since i now had 50 mana to spare.

after converting it to a death node, it lost its shrine, ok fine i'll build another - but it wouldn't let me.  I have the tech, the build button is there and not greyed out when the node is selected, but pressing it does nothing.  So the node is stuck in a shrineless state.  Mouseover of the node says i need the tech (which i have).
