[crash] trying to save a custom unit

CTD saving my first custom unit.  IIRC, it was a spearman with 2 traits and 2 (?) magic items, with early-game spear & leather armor, all set to upgrade.

XP sp3, 32-bit, 3gb ram.

Edit:  did almost the same thing after a clean restart and it worked ok.  But the 2nd time I accidently gave it a club instead of spear.  The 2 traits were "fast" & "ironskin".  There was only one item, "vial of poison".
