[CRASH] - No zip file, but with .err file

Good afternoon, I have the .err file for this crash, but no zip file or .dmp seem to have been generated at all in C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - Fallen Enchantress.

The crash did not reaper when re-starting the game and happened after selecting my first tech that was not a straight one up selection, but rather a tree based option 2 levels up. 

Files included below, debug.err and the sdsupporttool.exe report.
