[Bug] Some tooltips missing in the world set up screen

During the world creation phase of a new game, the tooltips for monster frequency, magic strenght and resource frequency.

I dont see this, neither does anyone here in the office.  Is it intermittant?  Is anyone else seeing this?

It's intermittant for me, I had it on the first time I started a new game. Made this post and then restarted Fallen Enchantress and the tooltips where working again.

I had this error when I played yesterday. I played the tutorial first then went to start a single player game. Haven't had time to check if I can reproduce it yet.
