[Crash]Black screen after first combat video

I started the tutorial, wandered by the first elemental and the combat video started. video ended, but the screen went completely black. esc didn't do anything. debug link (I think) is atached.

Had almost the same problem during the Tutorial when watching the video that sends you to attack the elemental. After bringing up the task manager it gave a dx fault.

same problem found. do i need to send my debug stuff too or can we just use you guys'?
