What is secuROM? Specifically, how does it apply to Men of War?

Please no concern troll bullcrap please. Specifically, how does secuROM apply to Men of War? Limited activations, internet activation, etc. If its pretty much just all done through impulse I dont really mind. Ive heard secuROM varies greatly between games and also in level of intrusiveness.

Also, how long is that bundle thing going to last? Is it even worth it?

Im well aware of impulse forums, and dont use them because they arent very populated.

SecuROM is just an anti-piracy protection scheme. If you buy the game legitimately then there is no need to worry about it.
