How To Deal With Ladder Reset/Update Password Issue

To whomever it may concern. You may run into the following problem: after DG gets updated successfully, the game won't let you in, saying your password is incorrect. Waiting (the usual solution to the pwd issue) does not help in this case. Just change your password via GameStop application or in any other way you find appropriate. You will be allowed into the game immediately.

This happened to me as well but to fix it I just typed my email address instead of my user name and the same password et voilà it worked!

:)  

Not sure if this works for everyone though.

Most Demigod customers will already have a Stardock account. If you do not, and need to create an account, use https://services.stardock.net/accounts/createaccount.aspx. There is also a link on that page to https://www.stardock.com/accounts/accountsetup.asp?SDID=1&Hide=True which can be used to reset your password information.
