why can't i log in on the game or the impulse launcher YET it works on the site?

yeah as the title says i'm having a problem with the log in when i use the SAME password for each login yet it only works on the site and not in the impulse thing or in the game i can still play the game fine but what heck is going on here

ok so i read a similarish topic in a different post to what i was wondering https://forums.elementalgame.com/413392 that's just stupid though about the updating in my opinion but still why can i not log in on the game though?(like to the achievements)

The login won't necessarily be the same as you use in Impulse, as that's a separate system operated by GameStop. You do need to have the game properly registered on your Stardock account though. If you've already done this, contact [email protected] and they should be able to make sure everything is in order.
