Help Needed - WOM will not accept game serial from bestbuy

How can I contact support? I emailed them 4 days ago

Hi Guys,

 

I tried emailing support ont his issue 4 days ago but have received no response.  WOM is not accepting my serial code and the game is from best buy.  I don't know who i can contact or what I should do.  Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Did you receive a autoreply with a ticket number?

Please bear in mind that our offices were closed for the holiday weekend, so support likely has a bit of a backlog to work through. As long as you did get a ticket, they should be able to help with the issue as soon as they can.

No I did not get an autoreply with a ticket number which is what is very concerning to me.

 

what do you suggest?

Hey Kryo, that link has been down the past few days for me, is it still valid?  Also, it's been over a week and I still haven't heard from Stardock on my ticket.  This really sucks as I've been wanting to play the game a lot.

 

Do you have any suggestions on how to expedite getting in touch with someone from Stardock?

The e-support system was down for maintenance this weekend.

If you're able to get online during business hours, you may also be able to speak to someone directly on IRC.

As someone who has not purchased game yet, this is worrisome.  Weeks without response from support?
