I don't think that's accurate. That was the old release date, but some Stardock guys have said its also going to be delayed until Spring 2012.

Which Stardock guys, not that I would be surprised. Is this a confirmed rumor? Spring or Summer 2012 fine with me. This has been the year of games that never happened for me. Guild Wars 2 has an estimated release of late 2012. Originally we had hoped for late 2011.

Sigh, well in both cases there is a working program. GW 1 still takes part of my day amd Trinity provides entertainment, so I am happy for now. The future will yet bring bright new versions of what I like to do best.

It's confirmed. Yarlen is on record as stating Spring 2012.

The OP is totally accurate, Rebellion -even when released- will be dated.  Outdated, using old engine with some tweaks, but still very outdated.
