My ICO servers specific feature requests

  • Dedicated servers (Browse through them in a list)
  • Allow the ability to setup public servers.
  • Spectate games being played
  • Save all played games to a cloud and have the option to "Download recording after game ends"
  • Clicking on any server in the list to show you the players in there respective teams and races.
  • Set a favorite servers
  • Show the ping for servers
  • Integrate impulse chat in game, team speak (voice), 
  • An option to add player to a friends list that shows which server there in to quickly join and spectate.
  • Show the game running time in each server.

 

All good game servers have these features in one way or the other. 

Note: 1 or 2 are already present.

Why? All replays are already automatically saved to your computer.

Clicking on any server in the list to show you the players in there respective teams and races.

This would be nice. Not essential, but nice.

Why? All replays are already automatically saved to your computer.

 

waaaat--- other people replays-- not the ones i play . Why should we have to go through megaupload servers etc to download them. I want access to your online games without me asking you to post them. :annoyed:  (sigh)

 

Showing player names on servers is essential! Why would i spectate you playing when theres another game with Auquo? >_>

The fact that games are hosted by individual players is the problem hence my request for dedicated servers for everyone to use. Who wants to be kicked every time he joins. Free 4 all server solve this.

Oh, I get it. That's not a bad idea. The player would have to give permission for it first though, of course.

Oh, if you're assuming that you have the ability to spectate, then yes of course you would also need a player list.
