Impulse email

I have twice now waited 24 hours for Impulse to send me an email to reset my password so I can download the patch and expansions for Sins of a Solar Empire.

It never arrives, but I have recieved the emails from the support people from Impulse and other websites usually only take 10 minutes or less to retrieve account information through an email.

This is very frustrating, and all the support people say is; 'wait 24 hours, or we can send it again but that will reset the timer'.

I've waited 24 hours twice now.  No email.

 

Any suggestions?

I'm not entirely sure about this, but since Stardock does not own Impulse anymore, I'm guessing you need to contact Gamestop via Impulse or their website. You may want to be sure you have the most current version of Impulse then find the appropriate forum thread under the 'Community' tab on Impulse to place your post.

Unfortunately, from what I have heard, Gamestop's customer service has been lacking. You may also have to take into consideration that it is the weekend and you may not get a response until Monday.
