Yes indeed.... 'tis the month of scary... Halloween, witches, warlocks, vampires, werewolves and ghosts... and skinners. All manner of scary creatures.

Not being all that young anymore (especially today...  ;P  )... my desktop isn't all that scarey. But I love Karen's skins (k10low3). They show imagination and very considerable skill.

So, Zombie attack it is. Brain eating, staggering zombies to scare you and keep you from sleeping at night!

Trick or treats! Money or eats!

But don't forget your skin's, Wall's. CFX's etc. url's... or I.D. won't be putting candy in your plunder bag.

Dunno... the spirit of it should be the pleasure you get from scary customization, I'd think and letting others know how to find stuff... ask Island Dog about the subscription thing.

Nah... smacks of effort , :zzz: and I'm more than happy to stump up a few quid a year for a subscription anyway. Not sure if it still helps to pay for the site, I remember something a long time ago about it needing people to subscribe to raise the money or it was going to be funded exclusively by Stardock, I think. Anyway, I was just curious.

Just got to get a Rainmeter skin sorted out over the weekend, and then I'll join in this months fun.

It costs about $50K to run the site per year (or did about 2 yrs ago). Subs bring in money as does software sales which in part are due to the skins which people see in the Forum and Galleries. The remainder comes from Stardock from the sale of games and most recently, Impulse.

That's what I seem to remember... I could be wrong.

Well I can't compete with you folks so I won't even try. 

I've been playing in the bath tub with my little submarine and my little missile...............  :O

I can believe that I never downloaded Polaris when it was originally uploaded.  Wonder if we can get a few new skins made for this?

I though the Task Manager went well with it, the CPU and Memory lines look like they could be some additonal scopes.
