[1.40][Bug] Prestige Capital Bonus dont display. Beacon of Hope and Tower of dominion.

Hi ! Cong v1.4 release.

1.  Prestige capital bonus dont display at hiergamenon. And also other UI dont include it. (only display issue)

2.  Beacon of Hope provide +10 prestige (v1.4) from +1 (v1.3).  Tower of dominion provide still +1 prestige.  Both improvement should be same value ?

And Pop Increase calculation is change? bellow calculation is right?

v1.3 Pop Increase = Prestige

v1.4 Capital Pop Increase = 1 (Base) + 1 (Capital Bonus) + Current Pop x Prestige (%)
v1.4 Other Pop Increase = 1 (Base) + Current Pop x Prestige (%)
