[1.40][BUG] Units skip a turn before automoving

I was looking forward to this update so I wouldn't have to deal with the automove bug from 1.39. Unfortunately, there's still a small issue:

When giving a unit an order to move to a spot that's multiple turns away, the unit will move that turn, then when you end the turn, the unit will not move. The unit will then move the turn following that one. So, it skips the turn following the turn you give the order.

When you hit end turn, units consume all remaining moves from the turn being ended to perform their queued orders; it's not moving because you just moved it in the same turn.

The "new turn" begins when the turn button lights back up. It's the same reason why units in the middle of a multi-turn move have their move points available to divert in the middle of any given turn (because they don't spend them automatically until the turn ends).

Hmm ok well it's different than the way it used to work so I guess you just changed it.
