minimized icons

I am wondering how to change the icon of the minimized firefox window in windows 7. I have the icon changed in the taskbar and start menu fine. But when I click on the taskbar or start menu icon and firefox maximizes the firefox session on the taskbar has the original firefox icon on it. This is the icon I want to change. I figure I would have to edit some file in the firefox folder but cant figure out which one. Looking for some help or a point in the right direction.

Oddly I just noticed that after changing the utorrent icon the minimized and maximized session on the taskbar does have the new icon so I just dont know why the firefox icon has not changed

 

But I am having the same issue with itunes. The start menu and taskbar are changed to the new icon but the minimized icon is still the original.
