[1.39] BUG defeated sovereign's bequest

When a sovereign is defeated, you see a message from him where he says he is bequeathing what he owns to ... there's no name in the message:

When I got this message Pariden (me) and Altar were still alive, so it's not like he didn't have a choice of who to bequeath it to.
