I suggest you shoot an email to [email protected] and explain your issue and copy/paste what you posted above. 

If you haven't, make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card.  Last, I'd try deleting your game.prefs file (search for it on your computer) and delete.  Demigod recreates that file every time it is launched.

I don't think Stardock will be able to help.  Pretty sure you can't play Demigod with this hardware.

The requirements are 128 MB video

Right click on your desktop -> Personalize -> Display Settings -> Advanced Settings

This should bring you to the adapter tab, look at "Total Available Graphicss Memory" and see if it is below 128.

If it is, (or just do this anyways to see if you can get it to work)
Go into 3D settings for the Intel onboard card and set the memory footprint on highest, this should allow you to maximise your shared video ram.

Unfortunately your oboard video card is very low end, even if you get it to work, you will probably not be able to play the game with a reasonable framerate.

I also looked your Dell model and the power supply is very poor, coming in at 280W.

The strongest card that Dell offiically offered was an ATI 2400 pro, which uses up about 50watts under 3D gaming.

The strongest performing card I could find at that wattage level was an Nvidia 8600 GT, which is probably still too low to run this game reasonably.

You should probably just get a new machine if you want to play Demigod, or any other relatively modern title.

I lan demigod with 2 players using an older computer with an Nvidia 6800, and it is bad but it works.  I would think that then the 8600 would be able to make it work "reasonably".  Maybe I'm wrong.
