MAP|UI | show path, active square and duration of travel

First of all I really apreciate the work already done :) go on!

For me in gameplay it even now sometimes appears clicking on the wrong square. This sometimes end up in a real desaster for my army. So i ask why it is not possible to implement three really basic things. I refer to a post I have found nearly one year ago https://forums.elementalgame.com/391869.

 

1. a preview of the route my group will travel

1.1 a the duration the travel will take (this would help u in organising your travels)

2. a highlight of the square my cursor is over (this would prevent clicking on the wrong square [usefull in battle])

I agree.  There is absolutely no reason why something like this shouldn't be in FE.

I made the same suggestion during the wom beta, as did others before and after release. Let's hope this gets done in FE, it would make life (well ok, not life but the game :P ) so much easier.

Yeah I've made this suggestion so many times before I got tired of making it.  Maybe this is why Derek needed an extra $1M to finish FE... one can only hope.

I also was wondering if there have been any suggestions in how to select units. Eg. in Age of Wonders you where able to invert selection by just right clicking which was a really useful and basic UI feature. By left click you could select or deselect one. <--  that was a quick and easy option in organize splitting of units. (Just handling this with "shift and left mouse" takes a while sometimes)
