Yep, birth dates.   because, technically, you have just one birthday... the day your mother endured unspeakable pain and swore copiously at your father.

And for those of you who were 'big' babies... your father didn't deserve being called all that.....

So when next you have a birth date, think of your poor father, who endured several hours of being accused of unspeakable low acts and being called every basterd under the sun.

Another reason you should think of your father on your birth date is the enforced contraception [abstinence] to ensure "no more" of you ever happened again.

Finally, the other reason you should think of your father before your mother on you birth date is because it was always HIS fault when YOU misbehaved: "Do you know what that effing kid of YOURS has done now?"

Oh, and so this post doesn't come across as sexist, think about the morning sickness and bloating your mother endured while YOU occupied places where HER internal organs should have been.

So, next time you think about celebrating a birth date [anniversary of your birth] think of the suffering of your poor parents and call it off.

He's probably the suckiest because his demonic and oft times crass sense of humour is his only fall-back when all else fails.

In fact, Po` is one lucky SOB in that Skinhit even bothered to insult him.  I mean, who in their right mind would bother to take the time out to call Po` sucky?  Not me, that's for sure.  Just cos he sucks big-time doesn't mean I have any great need to publicise it... and I certainly won't be going out of my way to say he sucks just because it's his birth date t'morrah.

This thread is just another example of why I'm not involved here much anymore. gmc2 had a valid point, mostly, but it got turned into a joke. All that's left of it is babble babble about the usual people. I've been here since Jan. of 2005 and I don't think my birthday ever came up. I'm not one of the group you see. Although most of the people in this thread are probably in their 40's and 50's it might as well be High School. The popular people. The WC jocks and cheer leaders. I'm not bitching but just stating a fact. Time to crawl back under the rock I live under and hang out with the people in detention.

It's been said so many times on this thread that in order for anyone to know when your birthday is, some effort is required on your part. The only reason I would know of a members upcoming birthday would be because I have contact with the person outside of WC.

Call it "The popular people. The WC jocks and cheer leaders" if you want, but it boils down to the fact that some "regulars" here, perhaps like yourself (Chasbo), don't associate with with other members offsite while others do.

Why doesn't someone start a thread where members can post their birth date if they wish others to know. Personally I wouldn't care if I didn't get a birthday thread each year because the people that mean the most to me always make my day privately.

If given a really cute costume which Po', skinhit, and HG_E liked, heck... I might just become a cheerleader. WebGizmos says he likes my legs,

I've been here since April 2004 and I've never had a birthday thread... nobody knows my birthday... I've not listed it on other skinning sites to be noticed... nor told friends so they could post one...       I've never imagined it was all a plot by mods or admins or the result of not being in the 'in crowd'... I simply keep it to myself.... this paranoia is kinda mystifying...     if you want a birthday thread.... tell someone... pure and simple... no mindreaders here...

I thought that this thread would die after being hijacked with the silly dribble that has infested this post.

Doc is a culprit. but since we've been assured that mods don't have access to personal information, I have acknowledged my error in assumption. My personal belief that Doc has become a pompous ass since becoming a mod has been clouding my judgement towards him. Maybe now that I have mentioned it out loud I can let it go. Can't wait to see what silly demeaning graphics he comes up with now for this post.

Chasbo, to be fair, I really do think that WC makes great attempts to be fair. Having said that and human nature being what it is, people make unconscious decisions daily based on personal preferences and likes/dislikes.

You didn't like 'silly dribble' in your thread....a thread that was 'silly dribble' from its inception.

There IS only one 'pompous ass' here on Wincustomize.com...and he's closing this thread.
