[1.3]Elemental.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000" crash

loaded the save on turn 301, the played on to turn 357 and exiting a battle with two of my units when TWO windows error message occured and had six towns with the cap at level 5 and the others at level 3 and growing (each town had at least 3 heros with a prestige of 130 and a charisma of 130+)

 the first was(copied from windows error log)

zip crash file created, added dxdiag & save games

note only 56 turns were played between these two crashes, and when can we get back to having the out of memory crashes as the most frequent type as the ram available at the crash was over 2gb winxp 32bit 4gb ram 3.25gb available ram to windows & apps?

manually rared the dxdiag,error.dbg & save games

this behaviour is WORSE than during the buggy original beta, at least then it usualy did create dmps & or zips
