1.3 Installation woes

I'm trying to install Elemental War of Magic from scratch. I did not use the impulse client to download the game, instead I used the impulse secure web site http://anywhere.impulsedriven.com/Default.aspx . But when I try to install the game it says "Installation data incomplete.....make sure you have all the files etc etc". So I have double checked and seem to have all the files...are they the right size ? The total of all these files is only 1.92GB, yet on the 'normal' impulse client the total is 2.27GB. Is there a file missing ?

I am running Windows 7 x64bit, and had just uninstalled version 1.2, and the impulse client is still installed. Installing "as administrator" gave the same error.

Can anyone help ? Thanks.

I have re-downloaded the first setup file "Elemental Setup v1.30.064.exe", and it now gives the error "Problem with self-extracting installation. Try again". You can unzip this file to install the latest impulse client, but there are a few empty directories when you do extract it.

I really don't want to download the 2GB again......

Any help greatfully received.
